After earning a bachelor's degree in mathematics from the University of Pittsburgh during the mid-1970s, Ms. Kania began her professional career as a programmer analyst for Koh-I-Nor Radiograph Inc., where she served from 1975 until 1981. Following this accomplishment, she gained valuable expertise in education through Adult Education of Marshall County as an orientation and computer teacher while becoming a wife and mother. Prior to obtaining her current role, Ms. Kania excelled as an administrative assistant for the Lewisburg Gas Department.
Supported by her deep knowledge of the industry, Ms. Kania works today for the Lewisburg Gas Department as an assistant manager – a role she has maintained for the last 10 years. In addition to her work with the town, she frequently serves as a presenter at several gas industry conferences and as the chief executive officer of Victory Fun Park, which consists of a mini-golf course and batting cages. Outside of her work, Ms. Kania aligns herself with the local chamber of commerce, where she sits on the board of directors.
In conjunction with her work, Ms. Kania volunteers with her local church and indulges in numerous hobbies, including photography. Although her career has been suffused with highlights, she is most proud to have had her photography featured on the cover of a local magazine. Looking toward the future, Ms. Kania aims to experience the continued growth and success of her career. Ultimately, she intends to expand upon her expertise with the Lewisburg Gas Department and Victory Fun Park.
