Judith G. Hall has edited 15 books, authored 12 books, 65 book chapters, 50 conference proceedings, and over 365 peer-reviewed articles related to her research in clinical genetics.

Having accrued three decades of inimitable expertise in her chosen field, Dr. Hall has garnered a laudable reputation as both an educator and a doctor. Having attained the distinguished title of a professor emerita for the University of British Columbia, she taught courses based on her own research in the field of clinical genetics and pediatrics. Dr. Hall has previously served as a professor for the University of Washington in Seattle for 10 years, where she aided in the development of Medical Genetic clinics all over the northwestern United States.

Dr. Hall's exemplary performance in the field was born of her academic journey, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Wellesley College, then attended the University of Washington, where she earned a Doctor of Medicine and then did fellowships and residency at John Hopkins Hospital. Dr. Hall is the co-founder of the British Columbia Pediatrics Association, an organization that treats infants, children, adolescents and their families for their physical, mental and social health concerns. She also served as President of the American Pediatric Association and the American Society of Human Genetics, and has been on numerous boards.

Well regarded for her scholarly output, Dr. Hall has edited 15 books, authored 12 books, 65 book chapters, 50 conference proceedings, and over 365 peer-reviewed articles related to her research in clinical genetics. Currently studying the effects of arthrogryposis, she has aided greatly in the advancement of research into birth defects, short stature, and non-traditional inheritance. Dr. Hall has accomplished this by working with groups all across the United States and Canada to identify families affected by these conditions and analyze the disparate pathways taken by genes. In accounting for her standout success, she credits her curiosity and passion for the field, as well as her dedication in improving the lives of others.
