Since the age of 15, Ms. Lenington has been working in restaurants. She began her career washing dishes at a local restaurant where her older sister was operating as the manager. During her senior year of high school, she was active as a waitress before venturing into other industries upon her graduation. Ms. Lenington eventually established her own restaurant in a small town.

Ms. Lenington would subsequently open several restaurants, and assumed ownership of her sister's restaurant upon her retirement as well. She was grateful to connect with a business partner, who noticed her talent as a restaurateur in her formative professional years and wanted to help foster her success. Ms. Lenington currently excels as the owner and manager for the 4-Star Diner.

Over the years, Ms. Lenington is incredibly proud of her work as well as having found success in her industry after a challenging start.
