After receiving his diploma from Henry M. Gunn High School in 2001, Mr. Flores earned a Bachelor of Science in Advertising from San Jose State University in 2006. Presently, he excels as a realtor with Compass Real Estate, though he has accrued vast work experience. Mr. Flores has been a certified as a real estate broker and sales agent through the California Department of Real Estate since 2017.
Previously, Mr. Flores flourished in a digital media career spanning 10 years. Prior to becoming a licensed Realtor, he worked his way up to Senior Manager of Advertising Operations for RhythmOne in just 4 short years. Mr. Flores managed multi-million dollar advertising campaigns for very prominent advertisers. He also spent some wonderful years at Travelocity managing campaigns for domestic and internantional clients. His advertising and marketing experiences were cutting edge at the time and Mr. Flores has always wanted to be ahead of the curve as the media world moves quickly, just like real estate. Being agile and able to quickly adapt as the situations dictate requires a certain skillset and he has brought that into his real estate business.
In 2020 and 2021, Mr. Flores was recognized as a Go Getter Under 40 by Punch Magazine. Mr. Flores is also a notable donor to the Menlo Park-Atherton Education Foundation where he was inducted into the Menlo Park-Atherton Education Foundation's Honor Roll of Realtors. A two-time Ironman 70.3 Finisher and a proud father, he also greatly enjoys coaching his son's Little League teams. Giving back to the community he serves, Mr. Flores established a scholarship fund by partnering with Legends Baseball Camps where he makes regular donations so more kids can get to experience legendary baseball fun.
