Over the course of more than a decade with the aforementioned company, Ms. Davis served in several roles, including as a quality specialist, business analyst, loan services workflow specialist and cashiering representative.
A seasoned mortgage servicing specialist with a proven track record of success in customer service and mortgage banking, Ms. Davis ensured that mortgages were reviewed properly, received three Star Awards for assisting with training and team initiatives and managed the daily distribution of work, including daily team production and the reconciliation of debit and credit reports. In 2019, she decided to pursue a lifelong passion and became licensed as a certified nursing assistant. Ms. Davis subsequently utilized her previous expertise in finance to advance into the field of healthcare facility management.
Ms. Davis currently excels as the chief executive officer of Our Heart to Yours Inc., through which she cares for seniors during their day-to-day lives. In addition to cleaning and preparing her clients for breakfast, she ensures that they engage with others throughout the day, accompanies them to daily activities and manages a staff of eight. Outside of her primary work in the field, Ms. Davis volunteers with her local congregation in the field ministry.
Ms. Davis' career has been filled with many highlights and she is incredibly proud of aiding seniors at Our Heart to Yours, as her heart is filled with joy to know that she treats them with care and dignity. Additionally, she is proud to have become an entrepreneur at the age of 35.
