WINTHROP, IA, August 02, 2021 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Michele J. Fank has been included in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Driven to help people during the most emotionally trying and challenging times in their lives, Ms. Fank earned a Bachelor of Arts in Nursing from Luther College in 1994. Upon graduating, she embarked on a decades-long career as a registered nurse with Regional Medical Center in Manchester, Iowa, where she remains active today. Through the medical center she provides educational support as a basic life support and pediatric advanced life support instructor, and works as a house supervisor. She also serves on an adverse events committee, which looks into adverse events to improve safety, learn from them, and prevent them in the future.

An expert in her field, Ms. Fank aligns herself with the Iowa Nurses Association and the American Nurses Association. For her professional achievements, she received the 100 Great Iowa Nurses Award. Though her career has been suffused with highlights, she is most proud to have overcome every challenge that she has encountered and of her efforts in educating younger staff members. Looking toward the future, Ms. Fank intends to experience the continued growth and success of her career while teaching the next generation of nursing professionals.
