During his senior year Mr. Kayal conducted his thesis on the relationship between social media dependence and mental diseases such as depression and severe anxiety. In 2019, Mr. Kayal authored an article for the New York Real Estate Journal, which later led to Lynx Mortgage Bank LLC becoming recognized as the Company of the Month on the front page of the publication. He has garnered expertise in public relations, digital marketing, business development and media communications.
For his exemplary efforts in his career, Mr. Kayal has been recognized among the Top 100 People in Real Estate and as a Long Island Young Professional 30 Under 30. Previously, he was celebrated as the Student of the Year and as an Honor Graduate of the Lawrence Herbert School of Communications at Hofstra University. He is also an Eagle Scout, an accomplishment of which he is proud. Looking toward the future, Mr. Kayal remains optimistic towards his development both personally and professionally.
