Inspired by his father, an attorney, Mr. Wiss pursued a career in the field. After obtaining his first professional role as a law clerk with Levine and Wiss PLLC in 2015, he began his studies and earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Quinnipiac University in 2018 and 2020, respectively. Upon graduating from law school, Mr. Wiss joined his father in practice and excels today as an associate attorney for Levine and Wiss, PLLC where they specialize in personal injury law matters such as premises liability, vehicle accidents, traumatic brain injuries and labor law.

Driven to remain aware of changes in the field, Mr. Wiss aligns himself with the local chapter of the Federalist Society, where he was elected President, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and the New York State Bar Association. Outside of his primary career endeavors, he contributes to his community by offering his service pro bono to the Nassau County Bar Association's Mortgage Foreclosure Project. For his outstanding accomplishments, he has been honored with the Connecticut Bar Association's Real Property Award, which has been the highlight of his career thus far. Looking toward the future, Mr. Wiss intends to be recognized in the Top 30 Under 30, as a Super Lawyer and in the Million Dollar Trial Advocates Forum.
