She has worked in various positions at Advantage Solutions for nearly 10 years, including as a Retail Client Services Manager, a Customer Development Manager, a Brand Sales Manager, and a Manger of Client Development. Ms. Kubinsky currently flourishes as the Director of Client Solutions at Advantage Solutions.

As a qualified professional, Ms. Kubinsky has been certified in 'Business Insights: Black Belt Level 1' through Delta Associates. In her present position, she leads several strategic topline client relationships, managing clients' products and projects. She was recognized as a 2020 'Rising Star' Top Women in Grocery by Progressive Grocers. She additionally maintains her professional affiliation with the Network of Executive Women.
