Earl Anthony Grobbel Celebrated for Dedication to the Field of Nuclear Medicine

Mr. Grobbel channels years of professional excellence into his work with Michigan Medicine

WARREN, MI, August 16, 2021 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Earl Anthony Grobbel has been included in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Driven to combine his interest in the fields of medical imaging and pharmaceuticals, Mr. Grobbel pursued a career in nuclear medicine technology. After his internship as pharmacy technician through the Sterling Heights Career Preparation Center he went onto earn an associate's degree in general studies through Macomb Community College. Eventually, gaining valuable knowledge in the field and furthering his expertise by joining Michigan Medicine as a nuclear medicine technologist intern as well as receiving certification in nuclear medicine technology from the University of Findlay's Nuclear Medicine Institute. Following this period, he earned a Bachelor of Science in clinical and diagnostic sciences, with a specialization in nuclear medicine through Oakland University.

Upon his commencement, Mr. Grobbel completed his board certification through the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board. Succeeding his schooling success Mr. Grobbel went onto join the staff of Michigan Medicine as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, where he remains active today. To remain aware of changes in the field, Mr. Grobbel maintains his affiliation with the Society of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging. Eminently qualified in his duties, he holds a basic life support certification through the American Heart Association.

Outside of his primary career endeavors, Mr. Grobbel contributes to those less fortunate as a volunteer with Food Gatherers. Though his career has been filled with highlights, he is most proud to earn his Board Certification in addition to receiving the Lori Kloman and Clarence Williamson NMI Endowed Scholarship through the Nuclear Medicine Institute and graduating, cum laude, from Macomb Community College. Looking toward the future, Mr. Grobbel intends to experience the continued growth and success of his career, and ascend to a lead technologist or an upper management position.
