Mr. Chung initially pursued an education in his native South Korea at Seoul National University, from which he earned a Bachelor of Arts. During this time, he participated in an international student exchange program under AIESEC and enrolled in the University of California Berkeley for business training at UPS, which inspired him to immigrate to the United States upon his graduation. In 1976, Mr. Chung obtained a Master of Business Administration in product development and marketing from Saint John's University.
Among his many career accomplishments, Mr. Chung was particularly gratified to have had the opportunity to become a pioneer for Tiffany-style lighting in the United States, building his company as a leading brand of handmade art glass worldwide. A former member of Omicron Delta Epsilon and the Association of Economics and Commerce, he has proudly conducted community work for a local Catholic Church organization as well. As a testament to his honesty and creativity in the field, he was recognized as the 15th recipient of a notable art award by ART.
