With nearly 35 years of experience in the field of law, Ms. Brickley is proud to provide legal representation for individuals and families in the areas of personal injury, employment, probate and probate litigation as a managing member of Brickley Law.

Ms. Brickley obtained a Bachelor of Arts in English from Colgate University where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. Thereafter, she earned a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Cornell University. She was subsequently licensed to practice law by the States of Connecticut and New York and admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the District of Connecticut and the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. During this time, she began her career as an associate with the international Wall Street firm of Winthrop, Stimson, Putnam and Roberts where she handled complex litigation, aviation finance and project finance matters.

Throughout her professional career, Ms. Brickley has handled pro bono matters and been involved in community activities. She has served as an attorney trial referee and a fact finder and arbitrator for the State of Connecticut. She also served as the Treasurer for the Committee on Continuing Legal Education at the New York City Bar Association. Most recently, she was the Committee Chair for the Law Practice Management Solos and Small Firms Committee at the Fairfield County Bar Association. She is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association, the Fairfield County Bar Association, the New York City Bar Association, the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association, the Connecticut Employment Lawyers Association and the National Employment Lawyers Association.

Ms. Brickley has been recognized for her work. She has an AV preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell, a Client Gold Champion Award from Martindale-Hubbell, and an Avvo Rating of 10.0. Additionally, she was recognized as a Top Lawyer in Fairfield County in 2015.
