Mr. Sims' exemplary performance in the field was born of his academic journey. He completed coursework in a two-year program, through which he became certified as a respiratory therapist. Following this accomplishment, he maintained a position as the department head for restorative therapy at a Pawhuska Hospital in Pawhuska, Oklahoma, for 3 years. He worked in respiratory therapy for 13 years and was supervisor at Baptist Medical Center. After his mother began to grow ill, in order to take care of her, Mr. Sims ventured out on his own and began a business that centered on the skills he honed in his spare time while fixing lawn mowers.
Long dedicated to civic advocacy, Mr. Sims donates annually to Saint Jude Children's Hospital, Regional Food Bank, Joel Osteen Ministries and CBN. His achievements have largely been driven by his sense of honesty and trust, as he relies on word of mouth advertising for his business endeavors.
