Mr. Hyatt has excelled as a systems analyst for OCP for eight years before retiring from the organization in 2018. Backed by many years of expertise in his industry, he also worked for another local company as an analyst from 1984 to 2018. Additionally, Mr. Hyatt gained experience with Columbia Sportswear in a similar position, which he considered to have been a very high-pressure yet enjoyable role.
Grateful for the influence of his mother, who was employed by Portland State University in the placement office, Mr. Hyatt was encouraged to participate in a program that the aforementioned school was offering. In the following year, he was able to secure his first position in the computer industry, which provided him with the leverage to advance in his career. In addition to completing the program at Portland State University, Mr. Hyatt also earned an associate degree in 1975.
Over the years, Mr. Hyatt has proudly supported various charities to give back to his community. He has also been involved civically by coaching youth baseball and softball. Looking toward the future, Mr. Hyatt hopes to continue cementing his legacy both within and beyond his professional areas of expertise.
