From a young age, Mr. Foster had an innate desire to pursue a career in law. He received a Bachelor of Arts in philosophy and social sciences from St. John's University and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the College of Law at the University of Nebraska. He now works as an estate planning consultant with Foster Estate Planning, LLC. Mr. Foster has additionally operated as a chartered life consultant and a chartered life underwriter. In his current position, he offers pro bono services for clients who can afford legal fees, and outside of his primary post, he has also legally advised his local church.

On a daily basis, Mr. Foster provides legal services regarding clients' estates, wills and trusts. He also helps elderly clients secure qualification for Medicaid. Throughout his career, he has been most proud to rewrite a textbook on estate planning.

As a respected voice in his field, Mr. Foster also wrote software for the law office to help complete and explain various estate plans. He maintains professional affiliation with the Life Management Institute, the Life and Health Claims Association, Nebraska State Bar Association, the Iowa State Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association and the Indiana State Bar Association. Over the years, he has attributed his professional success to his hard work, sacrifice and the support of his wife, Lori. Looking toward the future, Mr. Foster plans to enter his retirement in the coming years.
