Before embarking upon his professional journey, Mr. Quillen pursued an education at the Principia College, from which he earned a Bachelor of Science in chemistry and mathematics. Following this accomplishment, he obtained a Master of Business Administration in industrial management and finance from the University of Southern California in 1967.
Among his career highlights, Mr. Quillen is proud to have been responsible for developing a comprehensive customer information system that integrated all of the bank's applications and provided effective interfaces for all major industry applications, including transaction systems and human resources. Upon his graduation from college, In recent years, Mr. Quillen returned to academia as an adjunct professor at Belmont Abbey College, Washington University and Webster University. Likewise, he co-wrote several textbooks, including "Management: A Practical Guide" in 2019 and "Business Communication: A Practical Guide" in 2021. Looking toward the future, Mr. Quillen hopes to continue serving as a mentor for his university students, and steer his consulting duties toward assisting community regional banks as opposed to larger financial firms.
