EAU CLAIRE, WI, September 17, 2021 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Michael M. Rajek has been included in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Mr. Rajek obtained a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and furthered his education with Doctor of Jurisprudence from the College of Law at the University of Oklahoma in 1974, and has provided superior service as an attorney for over 40 years. After flourishing as a district attorney for Pierce County, Wisconsin, he established his own private practice, through which his areas of expertise include criminal law and DUI defense. Mr. Rajek has handled over 4,000 such cases, including 20 involving homicide by intoxicated use of a motor vehicle, and has participated in approximately 250 to 350 jury trials in his career. He has graduated from numerous seminars including 4 NCDD summer sessions at Harvard University Law School.

Over the span of his career, Mr. Rajek has earned numerous honors, including recognition among the Top 10 Attorneys of Wisconsin. Furthermore, in 2019, he was noted as the Top DUI Lawyer in the Country, which was bestowed by the National College for DUI Defense, a nonprofit corporation dedicated to the improvement of criminal defense and the dissemination of information to the public about drunk driving laws and related issues. Mr. Rajek also has lectured at seminars sponsored by the Wisconsin Academy of Trial Lawyers and for several years he has lectured graduating seniors at Arizona State University Law School.

Mr. Rajek counts among his career highlights his prosecution of a triple murder and kidnapping case, in which the culprit had escaped from a maximum-security prison. He secured a conviction and the defendant was given three consecutive life terms. Mr. Rajek is also gratified to have represented National Football League coaches and players in various cases.

Looking toward the future, Mr. Rajek aspires to continue reaping the fruits of his success. He is also considering entering the educational profession as a law school teacher.
