Ms. Owens has been honored as Realtor of the Year on two different occasions.

Driven by a long-standing desire to pursue a career in real estate, Ms. Owens earned an associate degree in business and real estate while employed at General Electric. Subsequently, she found an opportunity through the company to return to Miami University in the early 1990s. Upon graduating, she began a long and illustrious career with Coldwell Banker. Although the job was difficult during the early years of her career, Ms. Owens worked her way from a part-time realtor position and became a full-time employee.
Backed by her professional expertise, Ms. Owens excels today as a realtor, broker and associate partner with Coldwell Banker Heritage. Outside of her work, she has given back to her community as a contributor to the Police Advisory Board, the local senior center and the Jerry Lewis Muscular Dystrophy Association's Labor Day Telethon, with which she has volunteered for two decades.
In light of her outstanding body of work, Ms. Owens has been honored as Realtor of the Year on two different occasions. Although her career has been filled with highlights, she is most proud of graduating from college the same year as her oldest daughter graduated from high school. Additionally, she is honored to have helped many people throughout her career. Looking forward, Ms. Owens intends to mentor new agents and experience the continued growth and success of her career.
