After receiving a Bachelor of Science in broadcast journalism, Ms. Lisle began her career as a marketing analyst at Soboba Casino, where she also worked as a promotions manager. During this time, she also served as the director of marketing at Global Tracking Communications, a marketing manager for the Indiana Live! Casino and the director of marketing at Horseshoe Indianapolis Caesars Entertainment. Ms. Lisle has since served as the vice president of marketing at Horseshoe Indianapolis Caesars Entertainment. With a background in database analytics, she developed a unique ability to drive growth in her business. In her executive position, Ms. Lisle utilizes creative marketing, driven by research and analytics.
Presently, Ms. Lisle is working to rebrand Indiana Grand Racing & Casino into Horseshoe Indianapolis. She also serves as the chair of the Community Relations Committee, through which she attends various community outreach events. Ms. Lisle's secondary responsibilities include ensuring all digital and social media campaigns are being run efficiently and successfully.
Throughout the course of career, Ms. Lisle is most proud of her leadership abilities, which have allowed her to run several successful teams. She strives to create a positive atmosphere as a dedicated leader. In accounting for her success, she credits the influence of her parents, who encouraged her creative spirit and helped instill in her a positive work ethic.
