While studying in college, Mr. Winberg held numerous positions in the food industry. After beginning at Applebee's, he advanced to become the regional director of operations within five years. He was with the company for more than two and a half decades. Having earned a bachelor's degree in actuarial science and business from the University of Wyoming, Mr. Winberg ventured into business consulting and motivational speaking, through which he was able to work with clients from various backgrounds.

Mr. Winberg was eventually inspired to create a company that would help combat many of the issues people face in the hospitality industry. He owned BJW Consulting for several years before becoming the director of operations for RMH Franchise Corporation. Presently, Mr. Winberg serves as the founder, president and chief executive officer of Billy Jack's Pizza Pub, a fast casual restaurant that specializes in pizza, sub sandwiches, salads and a full bar.

Throughout the course of his career, Mr. Winberg has been most proud of his ability to develop people to help them reach their goals, as well as developing a restaurant chain from the ground up. He maintains his affiliation with the local chamber of commerce and Phi Kappa Alpha. Over the years, he has attributed his professional success to his team, who have supported him over the span of his professional journey. Looking toward the future, Mr. Winberg plans to open several corporate-owned locations, as well as franchised locations for his current business.
