ABINGDON, MD, October 06, 2021 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Antoinette Marie Scaffidi has been included in Marquis Who's Who. Inspired by her family, who have owned a business for more than 100 years in Baltimore, Ms. Scaffidi was driven to pursue a career in business management. While working in her family's store, an individual approached Ms. Scaffidi and advised her that she would do well in the insurance industry. Within three days, she went to obtain her license and, just 10 months later, she became one of the top three writing agents in the country. After starting out as a field agent, she trained her clients to become licensed themselves and, within one year, she already had 39 agents working under her tutelage. Currently, 21 of her original agents still work alongside her today.
Backed by her considerable expertise, Ms. Scaffidi excels today as the field marketing director of Scaffidi and Associates, where she has served since 2010. She also works as a telemetry technician at Mercy Medical Center's Mary Catherine Bunting Center. Before embarking on her professional journey, she earned a Bachelor of Science from Towson State University in 1982. She also owned Vince's Deli in Severna Park, MD, and owned and operated 1st ASAP Continuing Education and Pre-Licensing School, an insurance school from 2008-2013 until she sold it to one of her teachers.
To remain abreast of ongoing changes in the field, Ms. Scaffidi aligns herself with The Million Dollar Round Table Club in Insurance. In a career that has been filled with highlights, she is especially proud of being able to help save lives; through educating her clients, she ensures their financial success.
Ms. Scaffidi is the author of four books, which will be out on Barnes and Noble and Amazon in October 2021: "Quincy's Love Lives Forever," "No Mommy Up Not Down," "Everything I Love About My Husband" and "Everything I Love About My Wife."
Looking forward, Ms. Scaffidi aims to work toward a well-deserved retirement.
