With years of customer service and accounting experience to her credit, she previously worked as an operations representative of Bank of America from 2009 to 2013 and a corrections technician of the city of Atlanta between 1998 and 2008. Mrs. Darden has found success with her written works as well, authoring "Not On God's Watch," a testimony of her Christian faith, in 2020.
Familiar with the challenges faced by working parents, Mrs. Darden, a military spouse, is passionate about helping individuals find work-from-home opportunities. In order to prepare for her career, she pursued an education at Massey Business College, from which she graduated with an Associate in Science in business administration in 1992. Moreover, Mrs. Darden has obtained accreditation via the Better Business Bureau.
Mrs. Darden decided to open her own business out of a desire to spend more time with her children. Actively involved in her field, she maintains her involvement with the Black Directory and the American Business Women's Association. She credits much of her success to her propensity for determination, empathy and hard work. Looking toward the future, Mrs. Darden hopes to open a second virtual call center expanding opportunities to those looking for remote work.
