Prior to his success with Cardinal Health, Dr. Robertson maintained involvement as the executive director of operations for McKesson Corporation from 1998 until 2001. He had previously obtained a Bachelor of Science in pharmacy from Southwestern Oklahoma State University, after which he began his professional career at Childress Regional Medical Center, where he worked as the director of the hospital's pharmacy. Dr. Robertson completed his education in 2009, at which point he earned a Doctor of Pharmacy from the School of Pharmacy at the University of Kansas.
Alongside his professional responsibilities, Dr. Robertson maintains his affiliations with the American Pharmacists Association and the Missouri Valley Chapter of the Society of Nuclear Medicine.
