As the daughter of a single mother of six children, Mrs. Hampton witnessed firsthand the need for assistance within her community. Driven to help others, she currently excels as the founder and executive director of the LQ Foundation, a nonprofit organization that specializes in providing community members with financial assistance, lifestyle enrichment training and educational assistance. In addition to her work with the community, she channels her entrepreneurial drive into her work as the chief executive officer of LaCha Marie Skincare, a nurse with Kindred at Home and the co-founder of Marriage The 3rd Ring, a role in which she works with couples as a marriage and relationship coach. As a coach, Mrs. Hampton and her husband ensure that couples know you can have a happy thriving marriage while keeping God in it.
During the early years of her career, Mrs. Hampton gained valuable experience in management and healthcare as a medical operations supervisor for Grifols USA LLC, for which she supervised medical operations for a busy plasma center. In pursuit of her aspirations, she completed varied coursework in nonprofit management, health and wellness through the Ohio State University, Central Piedmont Community College, and the Columbus School of Nursing. Mrs. Hampton holds certifications in nonprofit development, program management, program organization for nonprofits and grant writing.
Outside of her primary professional responsibilities, Mrs. Hampton is affiliated with the ACHI Women's Committee and the Diva Movement. In 2019, she co-authored "Why is My Marriage So Important to God?" In light of her outstanding body of work, she was presented with the Nonprofit Executive of the Year Award from ACHI Magazine in Atlanta, Georgia in 2019. Within the coming years, Mrs. Hampton intends to experience the continued growth and success of The LQ Foundation, LaCha Marie Skincare and Marriage The 3rd Ring. She will also release her next published book "Becoming Unapologetically You" in 2021.
