Following the sale of Prudential Real Estate, he was recognized as the Realtor of the Year by the Salt Lake City Board of Realtors. For additional accomplishments in the field, he is honored to have been ranked first in Utah by REALTrends Inc. and recognized by Best of Salt Lake City as Salt Lake City's Best Real Estate Agent in 2017 and 2021. Additionally, Mr. Carson was ranked first as part of the Top 50 Utah Real Estate Agents on Social Media by Property Spark and has been featured in the Wall Street Journal and Newsweek.
Using his expertise as a certified public accountant, Mr. Carson initially completed military service as an accountant with the U.S. Navy from 1983 to 1987. Through focus, discipline, respect and a profound work ethic, his service in the Navy prepared him to fulfill his lifelong dream of becoming one of Utah's top realtors. To his credit, he is proud to have achieved more than $75 million in gross real estate sales, and more than $100 million in personal sales with more than 200 transactions in 2020. In addition, Mr. Carson has maintained his affiliations with the National Association of Realtors, the Salt Lake Board of Realtors and ARPAC.
