In 2018, Mr. Owaynat founded the Owaynat Law Group in Chicago, specializing in personal injury and medical malpractice cases. Fluent in Arabic, Mr. Owaynat has also prospered as an entrepreneur. In 2017, he founded Jarra Life Inc., an organization that rehabilitates and develops dilapidated properties in the Greater Chicago area. Additionally, Mr. Owaynat established Oasis Greens LLC in 2020, a company that grows and sells fresh, organically grown micro-greens to retailers and families in underprivileged areas in Chicago that have relatively little access to nutritious foods.
Mr. Owaynat attributes his success to his background in martial arts, which he says instilled in him the value of hard work and discipline and his family who always supported him, especially the love and support of his parents. He was inspired to become an attorney because he witnessed injustices in his life at an early age. He has cited his most notable career achievement to have been obtaining many six-figure judgments for deserving families in lieu of a settlement. In the coming years, Mr. Owaynat is hoping to grow a nationwide law firm.
