After working at several nursing homes for more than two decades, Ms. Frost began working as the manager/secretary of Straight Lace LLC, a remodeling and construction company. When the company was first established, the owner, Pedro Hernandez, made Ms. Frost part owner. Since joining the company in 2019, she has handled all paperwork, invoices and estimates, overseen appointment scheduling, and ensured all needed material is stocked. She enjoys construction because "Every day is something new. You are helping people by building what they want."
Over the years, Ms. Frost has expanded upon her expertise by undertaking coursework at Dodge City and Pratt Community Colleges. She is a certified nursing aide and certified medication aide. She received an Employee of the Year Award.
Alongside her work in the field, Ms. Frost dedicates herself to those less fortunate as a community volunteer with several organizations. Looking toward the future, she hopes to own a property and donate it for people that have drug and alcohol problems.
Born in Jetmore, Kansas in 1981 to Rodney Beltz and Karen Parker, her stepfather is Donnie Parker. She is married to Pedro Hernandez. She has two sons: Jason Waterhouse and Caleb Jay Waterhouse.
The most influential people in her life are her father, her husband and her two sons. Her father and Pedro inspired her with their work ethic and caring for others. They have taught her the importance of having a strong work ethic and unwavering love of family. Her two sons have inspired her by not having hate for anyone. They have shown her that when someone does them wrong in any way not to hate them, but forgive them. Advice she would give to others is "communication is the key to success." She has learned that you will encounter problems during the process. The most regarding aspect of her work is teamwork. She attributes her success to giving her best to everything.
She enjoys painting, reading, walking and volunteering in her community.
