Mr. Zimmerman is a realtor for Flom Property Group in Fargo. Specializing in residential real estate, he joined the industry in 2018. Mr. Zimmerman initially worked at Jack Chivers Realty focusing on both residential and commercial sales where he was able to get experience in multiple types of transactions. Growing up on a farm outside of Fargo, Mr. Zimmerman is thankful because this upbringing provided him with a strong work ethic and problem-solving skills. Originally working in finance after college, he secured his first position as a teller for Bell State Bank and Trust. He later served as a merchandise presentation analyst for Target, dealing with merchandising and product placement. Transitioning into real estate to better align himself for the future, Mr. Zimmerman has credited his good fortune to his growth mindset and his ability to deliver impeccable services and build relationships with clients.
Involved in various educational and civic organizations, Mr. Zimmerman has been active as a volunteer and board member for the Young Alumni Council at Concordia College since 2020. He formerly contributed to the leadership council for the Offutt School of Business, as the president for the Offutt School Finance Association and as an event coordinator for TEDxYouth@Fargo. Mr. Zimmerman was also a portfolio manager for the Scheel Investment Fund.
Mr. Zimmerman studied at Concordia College, from which he received a Bachelor of Arts in business finance in 2016 on an academic scholarship. While pursuing his degree, he worked as a project coordinator and office support intern for Kilbourne Group LLC in 2014 and as a finance and accounting intern in 2015. Mr. Zimmerman has since become a licensed realtor and hopes to continue growing his client base and market knowledge year after year.
Affiliated with several industry-related organizations in support of his career objectives in real estate, Mr. Zimmerman is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Fargo-Moorhead Area Association of Realtors. He was notably recognized as a Top Agent in 2020. Mr. Zimmerman also accepted a Be Accountable Award in 2017.
