Active in the real estate industry since 2003, Ms. Wynn's expertise stems from her previous work with not only Keller William Realty, but also Premier Sotheby's International Realty and Berkshire Hathaway as a fine home specialist.

Her future endeavors are to have her book she's writing published focusing on helping young people feel good about just being themselves and on cultivating their strengths. Civically involved, she is aligned with Toastmasters International, where she has been a director of Division B for district 37 NC for 2021 and was recently named as a Distinguished Toastmaster in 2021. During her many years with the Rotary International organization, she has also traveled twice to Mexico on mission trips to support building schools there. Ms. Wynn is also affiliated with Hire Heroes USA as an interview counselor, through which she assists veterans in securing jobs after their return from active duty.
Ms. Wynn is a former registered nurse and nursing instructor of over 20 years. She notably held positions in emergency room service, medical surgical, obstetrics and cardiology during her tenure. Ms. Wynn transitioned into real estate after relocating to North Carolina with her husband, fulfilling a longstanding dream that began with the inspiration of her father, who also found success in the field.
Ms. Wynn holds a Bachelor of Science in nursing from Excelsior College and is a registered nurse through Orange Memorial School of Nursing. For her work in real estate, she holds a license in both North and South Carolina from the Mingle School of Real Estate and bears several other certifications, including as a luxury home marketing specialist and in short sales and foreclosure resources. Ms. Wynn also recently completed her certification in teaching, coaching, speaking and as a DISC behavioral consultant through the John Maxwell Company in 2019.
Backed by several industry-related organizations, Ms. Wynn is currently a member of the National Association Realtors and the North Carolina Association of Realtors. Earning numerous accolades during her career, beginning with a Rookie of the Year Award from Prudential Carolinas Realty in 2004, she was later recognized by the same organization with several Top Agent Awards. Additionally, she received multiple awards and recognitions from KW Realty, including a Gold Eagle Award in 2021 and several Sales Team Awards between 2013 and 2016. Additionally, Ms. Wynn was named to the Top 50 Women Realtors in Lake Norman by Movement Mortgage in 2021 and as a 12th year recipient of a Five Star Award in 2021.
