Christopher Jainandan Celebrated for Dedication to the Field of Mental Health Counseling

In 2021, Mr. Jainandan was chosen to be a part of the initial round of clinicians of the Crisis Response Team.

TAMPA, FL, November 17, 2021 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Christopher Jainandan has been included in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

After beginning his career as a Florida Highway Patrol State Trooper for two years, Mr. Jainandan realized that he did not want to deal with the political climate of the job. Driven to pursue a career in mental health and counseling, he was appointed as a mental health technician for an in-patient hospital in Orlando. Mr. Jainandan served as a therapist before accepting a position with the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office as a crisis response specialist, with which he remains to this day.

In 2021, Mr. Jainandan was chosen to be a part of the initial round of clinicians of the Crisis Response Team with the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office, which aims to de-escalate high risk calls and mental health crises in addition to arranging hospitalizations as needed. A certified mental health counselor, he initially earned a Bachelor of Science from Rollins College. Mr. Jainandan subsequently graduated with a Master of Science from Capella University.

In order to remain aware of changes in the field, Mr. Jainandan is affiliated with Chi Sigma Iota. He is also a member of the National Board of Certified Counselors. Within the coming years, Mr. Jainandan intends to experience the continued growth and success of his career with the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office's Crisis Response Team.
