Ms. Bolton initially worked for the Darden Restaurants chain from 1997 to 2007, beginning as a hostess at Red Lobster in Miamisburg, Ohio. She subsequently served as an assistant manager for Smokey Bones locations in Bowling Green, Kentucky, Evansville, Indiana, Nashville, Tennessee and Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. In addition, she also helped open restaurants as a trainer in Charleston, South Carolina and Wilmington, North Carolina. As an assistant general manager with the Divine Dining Group in Murrells Inlet, South Carolina from 2007 to 2008, Ms. Bolton was responsible for overseeing a team of about 40 while supervising accounts receivable and payable, payroll and inventory control.
After purchasing her own home in 2009, Ms. Bolton decided to enter the real estate industry. She also desired a profession with flexible hours to ensure that she could properly raise her children. After completing coursework in business administration, communications and general education at Fayetteville Technical Community College and an extensive real estate course at the J.Y. Monk Real Estate School, Ms. Bolton became a licensed realtor in North Carolina in 2010.
Ms. Bolton recently joined Coldwell Banker Advantage as a real estate agent specializing in residential sales, first time homebuyers, new construction, and military PCS moves. She previously worked at ERA Strother Real Estate for more than 11 years.
