Ms. Grace has been in real estate since 2005, and in 2015 became a licensed realtor in the state of Texas. Felicia currently serves the buyers and sellers in Dallas-Fort Worth and the surrounding areas. She has a background in engineering, new construction development, loss mitigation, sales and investments. Her career as a Realtor allows her the ability to share her faith in God, have meaningful relationships with others, and write about her own future.
Ms. Grace has proudly served as the team captain of the Grace Realty Group since 2020. The team of brilliant women has been ranked as one of the No. 1 teams in DFW and still holds that rank in the market currently.
As a team leader, she is growing, influencing and impacting professional agents in a wide variety of ways – including through rigorous accountability, coaching, and building a family culture to give the agents confidence, tips to increase production and create a strong real estate business. She also shows agents how to deliver free, fresh and relevant real estate tips weekly and hosts highly engaging training events. Ms. Grace is also currently writing a book.

Aside from her primary vocational pursuits, Ms. Grace is a board member for the Lazarus Housing Program and devotes much of her time assisting and counseling women as a life coach. Looking toward the future, she would like to establish her own brokerage and become a mentor to burgeoning real estate agents.
