Ms. Aiyer attributes her success to her family for their support, as well as her own dedication, hard work and persistence. She became involved in her profession by running a property management division, which due to the number of investor clients who sought her service and real estate expertise to handle their properties, she decided to start her own real estate company to meet their expectations. Ms. Aiyer considers her most notable achievement has been, and continues to be, helping first-time homebuyers purchase their first home.
