Throughout the years of growth and expansion, Ms. Graf is most proud to have maintained the company's status as a family-owned and operated endeavor.
Ms. Graf became involved with the family business in 1973, after holding positions in sales and sales service at Kaiser Refractories, formerly known as Mexico Refractories, since 1957. She and her husband, Bob, became the sole owners of Graf & Sons Inc. after the previous owners moved on from the business. With Ms. Graf's expertise, what began as a small gasoline service station expanded into an international business specializing in the sale of ammo, reloading supplies and gun accessories. In this capacity, she is tasked with managing nearly 50 employees, supervising a warehouse facility and the sale of over 20,000 products.
Ms. Graf is responsible for maintaining Graf & Sons' exceptional customer service, which she believes has contributed richly to the business's longevity. Driven to consistently go above and beyond the call of duty in keeping her customers happy, she has maintained a keen understanding of the market through her ability to anticipate which items will need to be reordered before they sell out. Ms. Graf is honored to have cultivated enduring relationships with her regular customers over the course of nearly 40 years.
In 2019, Ms. Graf was inducted into the Missouri Trapshooting Hall of Fame. She is a member of the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks. Additionally, she participates with her local Chamber of Commerce, where she has earned praise for her contributions to the community. In her free time, Ms. Graf enjoys spending time with her six grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
