Mr. Hamade initially earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in marketing, in 2016 from Wayne State University. He continued with his studies, also gaining a Master of Business Administration, as well as a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Wayne State University, located in Detroit, Michigan in 2019.
Since 2020, Mr. Hamade has excelled as General Counsel for Flat Rate Funding and RoadEx, which is located in Livonia, Michigan. In October of 2021, he was also appointed to the role of Vice President of Operations with RoadEx. In this capacity, Mr. Hamade conducts the necessary legal work to establish LLCs, obtains clients' licenses, permits and insurance policies for their own trucking companies, oversees dispatch teams and offers fuel cards for diesel for truckers.
Moreover, Mr. Hamade is responsible for all of RoadEx's legal work, including incoming and outgoing lawsuits, contracts, overdue collections, daily legal operations involved with the company and personnel matters, among other duties. He has also been affiliated with the Michigan chapter of the National Arab American Bar Association (NAABA) and the Wayne State Sports and Entertainment Law Society. Furthermore, Mr. Hamade offers free legal advice and business consultations for all of RoadEx's clients.
Beginning his career at the age of 17, Mr. Hamade initially worked in the trucking industry as an office assistant before advancing to become a dispatcher and the operations manager for a trucking company. He is incredibly proud of helping small truckers become educated, as well as gaining independence to no longer operate under the hold of huge trucking companies. In the coming years, he hopes to continue his work at RoadEx and hopefully reach an executive level position, while also focusing on opening a pro bono legal clinic for young adults.
