Additionally, Mrs. Wiley is a professional business coach and the owner of Brittany Wiley Consulting. Brittany specializes in working with small business owners; she provides her insight and expertise, as well as different implementations for the kind of increased performance that helps her clients reach, exceed and maintain their goals. Mrs. Wiley's consulting business is the result of her experience as a business professor at her alma mater, Cleveland State University, where she realized a local need for mentorship.
Notably, The Magna Family of Brands is the parent company and a brand that encompasses all three of her businesses. Working alongside her husband, Dre Wiley, who serves as the Vice President and head of sales and marketing, has been instrumental to her success. To support her entrepreneurial endeavors, Mrs. Wiley is a member of her local chamber of commerce. She is also active with Bedford Downtown Alliance and Downtown Cuyahoga Falls Partnership.
Mrs. Wiley is a former employee of Enthuse Marketing LLC, where she spent five years accruing responsibility as an advisor, state manager of Maryland, D.C. and state manager of Ohio. Responsible for developing and implementing short and long-term marketing and financial strategies, she would also forecast and anticipate trends to ensure efficient management of resources. Prior to her work in this capacity, Mrs. Wiley worked as an underwriter for the mortgage sector of JP Morgan Chase.
Mrs. Wiley originally received a Bachelor of Science in business administration at Central State University and a Master of Business Administration in finance at Cleveland State University.
