Inspired by his father, who was the executive vice president of a large general contractor in Saint Louis, Missouri, and his grandfather, a carpenter, Mr. Loft was inspired to pursue a similar career path. As a professional Construction Manager with over 30 years in the construction trades currently working with Builtech Services Mr. Loft coordinates the subcontractors, supports the client and their vendors and manages all aspects of the project from the field. Mr. Loft is also a licensed Real Estate Broker in the states of Missouri and Texas. In recent years Mr. Loft has established and continues to grow The Realty Center. With The Realty Center Mr. Loft supports the first-time home buyer and seller in both Missouri and Texas.
An expert in his field, Mr. Loft is known for his scheduling abilities and levelheaded field management. He obtained a Bachelor of Science in horticulture from Southern Illinois University. Driven to remain aware of changes in the field, he is OSHA 30 certified and affiliated with the National Association of Realtors. In recognition of his outstanding body of work, Mr. Loft was presented with the Real Estate Rookie of the Year award in 2016, Top Listing Agent in 2017 and was inducted into the Million Dollar Club through Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate.
Even though his career has been filled with highlights, Mr. Loft is incredibly proud of his relationship with his clients. Some noteworthy clients include Target Stores, Inc., Burlington and The Learning Experience Early Years Academy. Within the coming years, he intends to work with some younger superintendents to provide them with resources to help them succeed. Ultimately, Mr. Loft intends to pass on what he knows and then continue to grow and expand The Realty Center.
