Ernst Sigmund Selig has been Inducted into the Prestigious Marquis Who's Who Biographical Registry

Mr. Selig Celebrates Professional Excellence in the Field of Consulting



Throughout his impressive career, Mr. Selig regards his contributions to United States Army Counterintelligence to be his most important work.

    HILLSBORO, NC, December 14, 2021 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Ernst Sigmund Selig has been included in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Supported by decades of professional excellence, Mr. Selig, now retired, flourished as the president of Selig Associates. Previously a human resources consultant for towns and counties in Maryland, he was designated as a test examiner for the Bendix Corporation. Notably, Mr. Selig served in the United States Army for more than two decades.

Throughout his impressive career, Mr. Selig regards his contributions to United States Army Counterintelligence to be his most important work. From 1946 to 1947, he was responsible for five counties in Bavaria, Germany, writing reports of his findings and submitting them to an operations officer. Additionally, Mr. Selig completed special intelligence assignments in Korea and Japan.

Mr. Selig found success with his written works as well, authoring a book titled "The Troops Need Knowledge, Training, and Justice" in 2014. In order to prepare for his professional path, Mr. Selig attended Police School at San Jose State College California where he studied Prison Administration and Corrections. While there, he was recalled to active duty in the U.S. Army while subsequently assigned in Germany, he studied and graduated from the University of Maryland.

Well respected, Mr. Selig, a World War II veteran and a Purple Heart recipient, was inducted into the Military Order of Foreign Wars of the United States, as well as the Military Order of the Purple Heart. Among his numerous accomplishments during his military service, he was named commander of an activated unit. Looking towards the future, Mr. Selig intends to publish a memoir titled "It's My Life."
