Ms. Steele currently provides exemplary service as the general manager of sales for Staff Zone, an employment agency that specializes in meeting blue-collar staffing needs of the construction, light industrial and special events industries based in Roswell, Georgia. She is responsible for assisting with the training, development and honing of sales programs in company branches located in Texas, Arizona and Nevada. Having been raised in challenging circumstances and suffering from dyslexia, Ms. Steele was keenly aware of the difficulties faced by the less-privileged and has dedicated her career to providing people with second chances and the opportunity to become prosperous. She prefers to not look at her dyslexia as a disability and more like a disadvantage to be worked through and around. Ms. Steele specializes in commercial construction staffing and labor management for underprivileged prospective employees, especially in construction employment, which is known as a traditionally male-dominated field. From 2001 to 2017, she flourished in sales and service for Pacesetters, a staffing agency based in Houston, Texas with which she advanced to a regional sales and service training manager. Concurrently, Ms. Steele found success as the sole proprietor of Steele Development LLC. She also owned Steele Petroleum LLC during the mid to late 2010's. She is the past owner of several transitional living facilities including Rolling Hills Recovery, LLC. Ms. Steele is certified in OSHA 10 and 30.

Outside of work, Ms. Steele performs service work for community shelters that support the homeless, the displaced and the abused. She sits on various boards and has been supporting those in a 12-step program for over 29 years.
