Mr. Molina earned a Bachelor of Arts in economics and political science from Miami University in 2005, after which he attained a Doctor of Judicial Science at the New York University School of Law in 2008. After graduating from law school, he served as an intern with the Legal Aid Society Immigration Unit, and later earned admission to practice law before the U.S. District Court of the Southern District of New York in 2010, the U.S. District Court of the Eastern District of New York in 2010 and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit in 2011, as well as in the states of New York and California. Mr. Molina is a member of both the International Bar Association and the American Bar Association, and sits on the committee of the International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution.

Mr. Molina currently works as a partner and associate with Baker & Hostetler LLP, having previously maintained involvement as an attorney at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP from 2008 to 2010. He is one of the senior members of Baker & Hostetler's International Litigation Arbitration Group, through which he works on international litigation and arbitration, and is one of the senior members of the Global Asset Tracing Recovery Group. Among his professional highlights, Mr. Molina is particularly proud to have served as a team leader during an ongoing case that resulted in the recovery of more than $14 billion for the victims of Bernard L. Madoff's Ponzi scheme. For this, and other accomplishments, he was acknowledged as a Metro Super Lawyers "Rising Star" from 2012 to 2021 and was honored with the Legal 500 United States award for international arbitration.

Having experienced for himself the difficulties in relocating to the United States from Venezuela alongside his family at the age of eight, Mr. Molina felt inspired to become involved in immigration law. Throughout the course of his career, he has frequently accepted pro bono work on behalf of Latin American immigrants in order to serve as their advocate. As part of his service in this capacity, Mr. Molina supervises Baker & Hostetler's partnership with the Mexican Bar Association, with respect to the representation of "Dreamers" seeking immigration counsel, and helps ensure that they receive the opportunity to remain in the United States. Likewise, Mr. Molina manages Baker & Hostetler's partnership with HerJustice, representing low-income female clients seeking divorce counsel, an escape from abusive relationships, or challenges to their current immigration status.

Well regarded for his expertise, which resides in the areas of international arbitration, commercial litigation, white-collar investigations and securities enforcement, among other things, Mr. Molina has contributed several legal articles through Baker & Hostetler's website.
