As the senior vice president of Illi Commercial Real Estate, he focuses on investment, sales and leasing. Mr. Sharon also works with clients, including buyers, tenants and landlords, in the purchase and sale of commercial properties.

In his career, Mr. Sharon has been incredibly proud of his work to revamp several commercial properties. In 2014, he leased a former Home Depot property that was about 110,000 square feet to Goodwill International, which had previously been abandoned for about 10 years. He also recently sold a Rite Aid shopping center in Amherst, New York, as well as a 60,000 square foot restaurant parcel in Calabasas, California that was vacant for about six years to an operator who plans to establish a thriving new multi-unit regional Mexican restaurant. He bought, sold, leased and exchanged into numerous shopping centers, industrial sites, and office buildings for his clients. He is not afraid of a challenge or hard work. Looking toward the future, Mr. Sharon plans to continue finding success in his field.
