Mr. Moua began his career working in quality assurance for Radix Laboratories Inc. in 1987. He subsequently excelled as a quality assurance supervisor and technician for Nestle before working as a research assistant and senior lab technologist for the International Organization for Migration. From 1995 to 2001, Mr. Moua found success as an inventory manager for the Copps Corporation.
Mr. Moua initially pursued a formal education from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, from which he graduated with a bachelor's degree in biology with a minor in chemistry. In 1995, he earned a master's degree in food science and nutrition from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. Moreover, Mr. Moua holds certifications in supervisory management and marketing.
