Ms. Durham has excelled as the owner and managing trial lawyer of K Durham Law PLLC, her successful personal injury law firm, since 2015. Focusing on providing expert counsel in the areas of serious and catastrophic injury, as well as personal and small business bankruptcy, she currently has one office in Tempe, Arizona, and a second location in Phoenix. Experienced in automobile accidents, municipality injuries, slip and falls, and more, Ms. Durham is renowned for her expertise, receiving numerous million-dollar and multi-million-dollar settlements for her clients. Working alongside Emile Harmon, an associate at her firm, the two have extensive knowledge and experience in handling these often traumatic, complex cases for clients.

A practicing attorney since 2007, Ms. Durham gained valuable expertise as an associate attorney with the Law Offices of Jay A. Bansal in Tempe during the first four years of her career. She then worked for the Law Office of Steven N. Cole in Phoenix and the Law Office of Peter M. Gorski in Chandler, Arizona, until 2012. Returning to the Law Offices of Jay A. Bansal, she garnered another two years of experience before establishing K Durham Law PLLC.
Leading various community-wide initiatives, Ms. Durham has been involved with the Fiesta Bowl since 1996, the Phoenix Zoo as an auxiliary member since 2012, and as a mentor since 2019 for the SHE Leads program through A New Leaf and Arizona Foundation for Women. Among other involvements, she was a volunteer for the Family Lawyers Assistant Project and was on the fundraising committee for KNOW Cares.
As the first in her family to graduate from college, Ms. Durham received a Bachelor of Arts in interdisciplinary studies, sociology and criminal justice at Arizona State University in 2004. She then earned a Doctor of Jurisprudence at the Texas A&M University School of Law in 2006. She has been admitted to practice law before the Supreme Court of the United States, the Supreme Court of Arizona, the U.S. District Court of Arizona and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.
To support her work, Ms. Durham is a member of the American Bar Association, the Arizona State Bar, the Arizona Association of Justice and the American Association of Justice. She is currently on the Board of Directors for the Maricopa County Bar Association and is active on the steering committee of the Arizona Women Lawyers Association since 2017. Aside from her industry-related organizations, Ms. Durham is affiliated with the Arizona statewide alumni chapter and the Valley of the Sun alumni chapter of Phi Alpha Delta. She is also a member of the City of Mesa Judicial Advisory Board.
