Prior to transitioning into mortgage lending, Mr. Cramer served as a successful draftsman for Soos & Associates/Korbel & Associates from 1987 to 1997.
Civically engaged, Mr. Cramer has been active with the Barrington Area Chamber of Commerce since 2000, where he notably served as a diplomat in 2013, the co-chair of the diplomat committee in 2014 and as a board director in 2014. He later served as the first vice chair from 2015 to 2017 and as the chair during 2018. Other commitments to Mr. Cramer's credit have included serving on the Fox River Grove planning and zoning board, the Chicago Land chapter of the Audi Club as treasurer, and the Barrington Bicycle Club as a member.
Mr. Cramer holds an Associate of Science in architecture from Harper College since 1986.
