Working alongside Steve Sadler, an accomplished entrepreneur and the owner of Performance Environmental Services, he is eager to earn recognition throughout the Boston market as a premier service company. In addition to marketing his company and managing relationships, Mr. Santos oversees operations, as well as the finances and hiring.
A leader in the industry since 1984, Mr. Santos worked for more than 25 years with American Cleaning Company, where he advanced to become a district manager. Crediting his success on his dedication to hard work, perseverance, leadership skills and integrity, his tenure with the organization taught him to value independent thought, as well as creativity, skill development and a challenging work environment. In 1999, Mr. Santos partnered with State Cleaning Company, where he helped develop the business over the course of seven years.
Through his local community, Mr. Santos enjoys feeding and caring for the homeless. He also assists those with medical needs. In 2021, Mr. Santos was named as the Executive of the Month by the New England Real Estate Journal.
Mr. Santos came of age in the East Cambridge, Massachusetts. He holds a diploma via San Diego, California. He also served for four years in the U.S. Navy. Stationed in San Diego, Mr. Santos had the opportunity to travel internationally throughout the Pacific, where he was exposed to many different places and cultures. He also served for two years in the U.S. Navy Reserve.
