Having earned a bachelor's degree in business from the University of Phoenix, Mr. Bobb has since established himself as a qualified professional in all aspects of business management. Mr. Bobb later combined all that he had learned in his career and founded Super Taters & More eight years ago with which he currently excels as the operator and head chef. Mr. Bobb wears multiple hats at Super Taters & More including as the business's marketing and promotions guru, skills with which he is adept.
Over the years Mr. Bobb and his restaurant have accumulated a list of impressive accomplishments recognized by various entities such as a 7th place finish in a worldwide chef competition sponsored by FavoriteChef.com. In addition to that prestigious honor, Super Taters & More has won a number of local awards including Best Restaurant and "Best Baked Potato" from The Times of Acadiana. Due to these numerous awards, Super Taters & More is well known for their unique ability to create over 100 plus varieties of delicious stuffed baked potato dishes! When asked what he considers to be the keys to his success, Mr. Bobb noted hard work, ensuring to cover all of the details, listening and responding to the needs/wants of customers, and last but not least, being dedicated to serving the people.
Since people are the core of his business, Mr. Bobb also ensures that he is also very active in his community. Mr. Bobb is sure to take time out to frequently organize food drives with Second Harvest Food Bank and recovery supply drives after natural disasters (two back-to-back hurricanes) hit his Gulf Coast community back in 2020. A person of many talents and interests, Mr. Bobb loves God and his family and is a part-time writer in his spare time, having published a number of feature articles and was a contributor to two separate poetry anthology books.
During his down time you can find Mr. Bobb following his favorite sports teams like the New Orleans Saints or going on various outdoor adventures like skydiving or hiking and any activity that challenges and stimulates him mentally and physically to provide a level of work/life balance. Looking toward the future, he plans to get even better at what he does and possibly expand his business by adding multiple locations and franchising in the coming years.
