Mr. Nevidomsky earned a Bachelor of Arts in broadcasting from Long Island University Post in 2007 and decided to bring his diverse educational background to the community he felt close to. He serves as the Director of Financial Aid for the EDP School, a non-for-profit institution that offers students various career-focused classes and opportunities, including academic certification courses in allied health, business and finance, and English as a Second Language. EDP mostly caters to recent Russian speaking/Eastern European immigrants and Mr. Nevidomsky utilizes his broadcasting and criminal justice education as well as his fluency in Russian to help EDP gain notoriety, assist students through the enrollment process, and successfully enter the job market. Since EDP is a non-profit, Mr. Nevidomsky wears many hats. He started as a FA administrator and grew into the FA director in just 3 years. He has helped the school partner with other not-for-profit organizations, receive accreditation, add programs, and recruit students. He is also the Security and Fire Safety Officer.
In recognition of his dedication to his students, Mr. Nevidomsky was honored for his accomplishments. In accounting for his success, he attributes his passion for both his work and students.
