Ms. Tymula earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Saint Anselm College in 2005 and went on to attain a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Massachusetts School of Law in 2010. She has been admitted to practice law in the states of New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut and Vermont. Having begun her career as a law clerk for the Office of the Corporation Counsel in 2004, she later worked as the assistant general counsel for Wingate Healthcare until 2011, whereupon she started a position as an attorney for SkillSoft. Ms. Tymula also worked as an attorney instructor for Law Tutors LLC in 2010 and 2011, and as a senior associate attorney for the Burgeon Legal Group Ltd in 2014.
In 2018, Ms. Tymula began her current position as a managing partner for LTC Matters LLC. In this capacity, she handles caseloads, manages the practice and provides oversight for more than 20 attorneys. In recognition for her expertise in personal injury, divorce, elder care and fraud, she was named as a Super Lawyer in 2021. Furthermore, Ms. Tymula was listed among the Top 10 America's Best Lawyers in 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021, and was selected for New Hampshire Bar Leadership Academy in 2019.
As part of her dedication to her field, Ms. Tymula is a co-chair for the New Lawyers Committee of the New Hampshire Bar Association and the president of the Greater Nashua Parents of Twins or More. She also serves as the secretary for the Barnstead New Hampshire PTO. A dedicated advocate on behalf of her community, Ms. Tymula fosters dogs with Big Fluffy Dog Rescue and volunteers with the Greater Nashua Parents of Twins or More organization. Looking toward the future, she plans to continue to expanding the scope of her law firm, and attain greater recognition throughout both her local region and further afield.
