During the early stages of her career, Ms. Taylor served as the owner of T's Hair and Nails, where she oversaw all operations of the salon and maintained responsibility for advertising and staffing matters. Following this period, she gained additional leadership expertise with Haircuts Plus and maintained involvement as a Vacation Ownership Adviser for Marriott Vacation Club International. In this capacity, Ms. Taylor built personal relationships with various business owners and arranged vacations on behalf of more than 700 clients.
Supported by her considerable expertise, Ms. Taylor initially joined Marriott Vacation Club as the Manager of Owner Service in Europe, Middle East and Africa. While her husband worked late shifts, she resolved to study fitness at Salt Lake Community College via evening classes, having noted the declining health of many of her co-workers. Inspired to help her colleagues pursue a healthier lifestyle, Ms. Taylor attained an Associate of Applied Science in 2018.
Presently, Ms. Taylor excels as a Manager Owner Services Asia Pacific for Marriott Vacation Club Worldwide, and as a personal trainer for T Squared Fitness. Since establishing her personal fitness company in 2018, she has worked on an individual basis with clients to help them maintain their strength and mobility. In this capacity, Ms. Taylor designs workouts tailored toward each individual experience, and teaches group fitness classes for children.
Since becoming a Certified Nutrition Coach in 2021 Ms. Taylor has launched a third business through which she offers nutrition plans.
In order to remain aware of changes in the field, Ms. Taylor aligns herself with the American College of Sports Medicine. While her career has been filled with highlights, she is most proud to have earned a degree that allows her to help others. Looking toward the future, Ms. Taylor aims to continue working with Marriott Vacations Worldwide and foster her personal training business.
