An expert in water and sewer pipeline, pump station, and treatment plant design, he is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, the Louisiana Engineering Society and the National Association of Sewage Service Companies. Mr. LaCroix gives back to his community by serving as a committee member for his local chapter of the Boy Scouts of America.
